Shrimp and Crab Ceviche

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound cooked shrimp (small size)
- 1/2 pound lump crab meat, cooked
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/2 white onion, chopped
- 1 pound tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 cup jicama, peeled and chopped
- 1 avocado, chopped
- 5 dashes Mexican hot sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Place shrimp and crab in large mixing bowl. Blend gently.
- Mix remaining ingredients and pour over shrimp and crab mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Garnish with cilantro, lime wedges and corn chips.
