Shrimp and Pasta Bake

INGREDIENTS
  • 16 oz. bow tie pasta, uncooked
  • 14 1/2 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 12 oz. frozen small shrimp, thawed
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 4 1/2 oz. jar mushrooms, sliced and drained
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes, optional
  • 1/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Cook pasta and drain. Place pasta in ungreased 13" X 9" pan. Stir in tomatoes, shrimp, tomato sauce, mushrooms, oregano and red pepper flakes. Sprinkle with cheese.
  2. Cover with foil and bake 15 to 20 minutes.
