RECIPE BACKSTORY
This is great as a side dish or as an appetizer. Melted cheese and crumbled bacon are the highlights of the flavorful, creamy filling. Ready in: approx. 1 Hour 30 Minutes. Makes 4 servings. This is my FAVORITE twice baked potato recipe! YUM. And you can add and delete to your tastes. I love the red pepper.
