Simple Bannana Bread
  • Cooking Time: sixty minutes
  • Servings: one loaf
  • Preparation Time: five minutes
  • 1/4 cut shortening (you can use butter)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. vannila
  • 1 cup bannana (older, browner bannanas work better, two bannanas are about the right amount)
  1. Blend all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Bake in a large, greased loaf pan at 325 degrees farenhight for one hour.
