Simple Chili

  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1- large can chili beans
  • 1- small can strained kidney beans
  • 1- can tomato sauce
  • 1- can tomato juice (use as necessary to thin chili)
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder (or as much as desired)
  • salt and pepper for flavor
  1. Add all ingredients to a large pot and cook on low/medium for 30 minutes.
  2. Alternate method: Add ingredients to slow cooker and set on low for 6-8 hours.
  3. Best served with shredded cheddar and corn chips.
A Deb classic. Clearly, by the name, this is an easy chili to make. Fail to pair it with Cinnamon Rolls at your own risk.
