Simple Chili

- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1- large can chili beans
- 1- small can strained kidney beans
- 1- can tomato sauce
- 1- can tomato juice (use as necessary to thin chili)
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder (or as much as desired)
- salt and pepper for flavor
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients to a large pot and cook on low/medium for 30 minutes.
- Alternate method: Add ingredients to slow cooker and set on low for 6-8 hours.
- Best served with shredded cheddar and corn chips.
