Simple Thanksgiving Stuffing

  • One Package hot italian sausage
  • 4 celery sticks
  • 1 medium/large onion
  • 1.5 tbsp poultry seasoning
  • 1 tbsp fennel
  • 1 lb dried bread
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  1. Brown sausage, add chopped onion and celery and cook on low for about 10 minutes. Add spices and bread. Mix and add 1/2 cup chicken broth. Cook in over for 1.5 hours at 300F. Check after about 45 minutes to see if the stuffing is wet enough, if not add 1/4 cup chicken broth. Also, mix stuffing around so bread is evenly distributed. That's it! so delic
