Simple summer salad dressing

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 3/4 cup splenda (or equal parts sugar and splenda)
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp grated onion
- 1 tablespoon poppyseeds
DIRECTIONS
- combine oil, vinegar, mustard, grated onion and stir in splenda slowly then add the poppyseeds and stir to combine all
- place in a salad dressing bottle and enjoy immediately or the next day
- this dressing is sugar free and full of healthy omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids
- it has about 110 calories per tablespoon
