Simple summer salad dressing

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 3/4 cup splenda (or equal parts sugar and splenda)
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp grated onion
  • 1 tablespoon poppyseeds
DIRECTIONS
  1. combine oil, vinegar, mustard, grated onion and stir in splenda slowly then add the poppyseeds and stir to combine all
  2. place in a salad dressing bottle and enjoy immediately or the next day
  3. this dressing is sugar free and full of healthy omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids
  4. it has about 110 calories per tablespoon

This dressing is simple and delicious! It is best if consumed at least the day after it is prepared. This tastes wonderful on a bed of fresh summer lettuce and veggies!
