Skillet Potatoes

- Small bag of red new potatoes
- 1 stick of butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Tony’s Chachere’s
- Large Ziploc Bag
DIRECTIONS
- Cut potatoes into ¼’s.
- Melt butter.
- Place potatoes and melted butter into zip lock bag.
- Add salt, pepper and Tony’s Chachere’s.
- Shake the bag so butter and spices consume the potatoes.
- Gas on high heat.
- Dump into iron skillet.
- Potatoes when caramelized will start to turn a dark brown from the butter.
- *Note: Depending on the amount of potatoes added to the skillet will depend on how long you will need to leave them in for. Most time 15-20 minutes.
- Once caramelized, reduce heat to low and cover for 5 minutes to soften potatoes.
- Ready to eat.
- * Enjoy this dish with a good 'ole Miller Lite both while you are cooking and with the meal. :-)
