Skippy Peanut Butter Cookies

INGREDIENTS
- Servings: 6 dzn
- 2 C Quick Oats
- 1 1/4 C unsifted flour
- 1 t. baking powder
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1 C margarine
- 1 C Skippy creamy or chunky P butter
- 1 C sugar
- 1 C firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 t. Vanilla
DIRECTIONS
- In a mixer beat margarine and peanut butter till smooth.
- Beat in sugars until blended.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Add oats, flour, powder, soda and salt, beat until well blended.
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on UNGREASED cookie sheets.
- Bake 350 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Remove from cookie sheets immediately.
- Cool on wire racks. Makes 6 dozen.
