Slow Cooked Pork Ribs

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 racks baby back pork ribs with membrane removed, each cut in half
  • Pork rub
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 large bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
  2. 2. Sprinkle a generous amount of pork rub on each rack of ribs then press into meat.
  3. 3. Place a wire rack in the bottom of a Dutch oven and pour the water into the Dutch oven. Alternately,
  4. place a rack of ribs on the wire rack then pour some barbecue sauce over it. Repeat for other 3 racks.
  5. Cover Dutch oven, place in oven, and cook for 3 hours.
