Slow Cooker Barbeque Pork
  • 1 3 - 4 lb pork roast
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp. Onion Powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 18oz Bottle of your favorite Barbeque Sauce
  • (I use about 3/4 of bottle during first cooking then add remainder after meat is shredded)
  1. Place pork roast in slow cooker, sprinkle with garlic powder adn onion powder, season with salt and pepper to your taste. Pour 3/4 of bottle of sauce over meat.
  2. Cover - Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
  3. Remove meat from cooker, shred with forks, return to slow cooker, add remaining sauce and cook for 1 hours, till heated all the way through.
  4. Serve hot on Deli rolls.
