Slow Cooker Curried Chicken

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless,skinless chicken thighs
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 potatoes, cubed
- 1 apple chopped
- 2 tbsp. curry powder
- 1 can (10 oz.) chicken broth
- 2 cups frozen peas,thawed
- 2 cups uncooked minute rice
DIRECTIONS
- Place chicken in slow cooker or crock pot and top with onion.
- Add potatoes, apples, curry powder, and broth. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours(or on high for 5 hours). Stir in peas and rice and cook an additional 20 mins.
