Slow Cooker Saucy Chicken
  • 2 skinless chicken leg quarters
  • 1 can Campbell's Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 14.5oz can Hunt's Diced Tomatoes with Sweet Onions, drained
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Place chicken in bottom of crock, mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 6-8.
  2. For a 3 quart crock
I tossed all this in the crockpot this morning with no idea if we'd like it. I think I'll do it again but cut out the salt, it's got a definite too much sodium vibe going on. The sauce/broth it makes would be great with rice or thickened for a gravy.
