Smoked Paprika Roasted Chicken Breast

  • 4-6 Chicken breasts, cut in half if too thick or pounded to a thickness of 1/2 ".
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 1 t. each salt, pepper, and smoked paprika or more to taste,
  1. Mix spices together with olive oil. Spread mixture over both sides of chicken breasts. Place chicken on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and put into an oven heated to 400 F. Roast for 7 minutes, turn chicken over and roast another 7minutes or until chicken registers 165F on an instant thermometer. Serve immediately.
