Smoked Salmon & Caviar Crisp- Super easy!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tubes refrigerated pizza crust
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/2 pound thinly sliced smoked salmon
- 1 8 ounce container crème fraîche (or light garlic and herb spreadable cheese)
- 2 jars caviar
- 3 T chopped chives
- 1/2 cup chopped fennel bulb
- 3 t chopped green onions
- 2 t chopped fresh dill
- 1 t grated lemon juice
- 1 t black pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place pizza crust of cookie sheets.
- Pierce dough with fork and brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 6-7 minutes.
- Cool and top dough with remaining ingredients. Garnish with chives.
