Smoked Salmon & Caviar Crisp- Super easy!

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 tubes refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 pound thinly sliced smoked salmon
  • 1 8 ounce container crème fraîche (or light garlic and herb spreadable cheese)
  • 2 jars caviar
  • 3 T chopped chives
  • 1/2 cup chopped fennel bulb
  • 3 t chopped green onions
  • 2 t chopped fresh dill
  • 1 t grated lemon juice
  • 1 t black pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place pizza crust of cookie sheets.
  2. Pierce dough with fork and brush with olive oil.
  3. Bake for 6-7 minutes.
  4. Cool and top dough with remaining ingredients. Garnish with chives.
