Smothered Cabbage Recipe

- 1 head cabbage
- 1/2 cup Boiled and shredded Chicken
- 2 cups Chicken Stock
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 head onion
- 1 head potato
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon oil
- to taste - Salt
- To Garnish - Bread croutons
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Finely chop the Onion, potato celery and cabbage
- 2. Heat oil and sauté the onions till soft
- 3. Add chili flakes and cook for a minute
- 4. Add cabbage, chicken, celery and chicken stock
- 5. Simmer and smother for 10 minutes and add salt to taste
- 6. Finally add freshly ground pepper powder and serve hot with bread croutons
