Smucker’s Strawberry Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 1 cup Smucker’s Sugar Free Strawberry Preserves
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp. grd. pepper
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  1. In a medium bowl using a wire whisk whip together the preserves, vinegar, mustard and pepper until thorughly emulsified.
  2. Gradually whisk in 1/2 cup olive oil then water. Add more if desired.
  3. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
I don't recall just where I found this recipe but I like it on a mixed greens salad, Sliced strawberries, almonds and kiwi go well as extras in a mixed greens salad too.
