Snickerdoodle Cookies

  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 3/4 cup Flour
  • 2 tsp Cream Of Tartar
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 3 Tbsp Sugar
  • 3 tsp Cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
  1. Oven Temperature: 350°F
  2. *Preheat oven to 350 degrees; Mix butter, sugar, and eggs thoroughly in a large bowl
  3. *Combine flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt; add to butter mixture
  4. *Chill dough until firm
  5. *Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl; Shape dough into small balls and roll in mixture
  6. *Place on baking sheet and slightly flatten
  7. *Bake 10 minutes or until just barely looking done
