INGREDIENTS
  • Servings: 3 doz
  • 1 cup Crisco, butter flavored
  • 1-1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2-3/4 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoon cream of tarter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • For Rolling:
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cream together Crisco, sugar & eggs.
  2. Mix well then add flour, cream of tarter, soda & salt.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Roll into balls the size of walnuts.
  5. Roll in cinnamon/sugar mixture
  6. Place on ungreased baking sheet
  7. Bake 375 9 - 10- min. or until lightly brown
