INGREDIENTS
- Servings: 3 doz
- 1 cup Crisco, butter flavored
- 1-1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2-3/4 cup flour
- 2 teaspoon cream of tarter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- For Rolling:
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
- Cream together Crisco, sugar & eggs.
- Mix well then add flour, cream of tarter, soda & salt.
- Mix well.
- Roll into balls the size of walnuts.
- Roll in cinnamon/sugar mixture
- Place on ungreased baking sheet
- Bake 375 9 - 10- min. or until lightly brown
