Sour Cream Biscuits

  • 1 c Self Rising Flour
  • 1 c. Sour Cream
  • 1/2 c. softened butter or margarine
  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Spray mini muffin pans with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Mix all ingredients. Spoon into the muffin pans.
  4. Cook for about 25 mins or until golden brown on top.
Crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. My sister gave me this recipe. I make them in those tiny muffin pans. They are so moist , you dont even need to butter them.....2 bites and the biscuit is gone. Put a dollop of your favorite jam on top and enjoy! If you are using regular sized muffin pans, the cooking time and temperature will vary.
