Sour Cream Cheesy Chicken Enchilada Casserole
INGREDIENTS

- Preparation Time: 10-60
- Whole Chicken*
- 16oz. jar Arriba Green Salsa
- Corn Tortillas
- White or Yellow Cheese (16oz)
- Sour Cream
- *(Whole Chicken can be substituted with pre-made Rotisserie Chicken, but if you plan on doing this you'll also need a can of chicken broth, comes out just as good!)
DIRECTIONS
- Boil Chicken 1 hr (or until done)
- Peel off meat and save broth
- Put a single layer of tortillas at the bottom of casserole/corningware dish
- Layer chicken
- Layer Green Sauce (about 1/3 of jar)
- Layer Sour Cream
- Layer Cheese
- Repeat 3x, ending with cheese
- Pour 1/2 cup broth over the whole thing
- Cover and bake 45 minutes
