DIRECTIONS
- SIFT FLOUR INGREDIENTS AND SET ASIDE. BLEND SHORTENNG, SUGAR, EGGS AND VANILLA IN A LARGE BOWL. ALTENATLY ADD SOUR CREAM & FLOUR MIXTURE. MIX THOUGHLY & DIVIDE IN 2 SECTIONS. kEEP REFRIGATED UNTIL READY FOR USE. rOLL DOUGH ON FLOURED SURFACE IN 1/8 - 1/4 THICKNESS. CUT INTO SHAPE WITH COOKIE CUTTERS. BAKE ON LIGHLY GREASED SHEET AT 350 DEGREES 10-12 MINUTES IN pREHEATED OVen. COOL ON WIRE RACK. ICE & DECORATE AS DESIRED.
