Sour Cream Cookies

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 4 cups flour (might need more to make the dough stiff)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs. Next add sour cream and mix well. Add the remaining ingredients. Make into a ball and refrigerate for 1 hour. Roll out cookies and cut out with cookie cutters. Bake at 325 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Frost and decorate when they are cool.
