Sour Cream Cranberry Jello Salad

INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup water
- 3 oz package Raspberry OR Strawberry Gelatin
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 pound whole canned cranberry sauce
- 1 Tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts OR pecans
DIRECTIONS
- Heat water to a boil
- Add gelatin and stir to dissolve
- Remove from heat
- Add sour cream and use a wire whisk to beat until smooth.
- Stir in cranberry, lemon, and nuts.
- Put in glass bowl or dish and chill till serving.
- I usuaully make this in a 13 x 9 glass baking dish and double the recipe using either one box of raspberry jello and on strawberry or one big box of some combo like cranberry-rasp, etc
