Sour Cream Pineapple Pie

  • 1 pie crust, baked
  • 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 (3.5 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1tbl white sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine pineapple, dry pudding mix, and sugar. Stir well, then add sour cream.
  2. Pour mixture into prepared pie shell. Chill before serving.
When i was about 12 I made this pie for my dad. it was a hit and he would ask me to make this from time to time. I started calling it Sour cream pie because not everyone liked sour cream and there would be more leftover hahaha
