This is a vineger based BBQ sauce in the Southern tradition. This sauce is thin enough that it can be used as a mop for smoked meat. This is spicy and it goes well with any smoked or BBQed beef, pork or chicken. My family really likes this drizzled on BBQ chicken sandwiches.
