Southwest Bleu Burger
INGREDIENTS
- 4 oz bleu cheese
- 1 lb lean beef
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp steak seasoning
- 2 slices Monterey jack cheese
- ½ fresh avocado, sliced
- ½ cup fresh sprouts
- 2 Kaiser rolls
DIRECTIONS
- make 2 flattened patties out of the blue cheese. Mix together the ground beef, seasoning, and pepper. Form a patty with the ground beef around the 2 bleu cheese patties. Grill to desired doneness. Top with Monterey Jack cheese. Serve on a Kaiser roll with alvocado slices and sprouts.
