Southwest Bleu Burger
INGREDIENTS
  • 4 oz bleu cheese
  • 1 lb lean beef
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp steak seasoning
  • 2 slices Monterey jack cheese
  • ½ fresh avocado, sliced
  • ½ cup fresh sprouts
  • 2 Kaiser rolls
DIRECTIONS
  1. make 2 flattened patties out of the blue cheese. Mix together the ground beef, seasoning, and pepper. Form a patty with the ground beef around the 2 bleu cheese patties. Grill to desired doneness. Top with Monterey Jack cheese. Serve on a Kaiser roll with alvocado slices and sprouts.
