Southwest Chicken Dip

  • 1 Block of Plain Cream Cheese
  • 1 Lb. Cooked Shredded Chicken Breast
  • 1 Can of Corn (drained)
  • 1 Can of Black Beans (drained)
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Add Ons:
  • Diced Avocados
  • Chives
  • Your favorite Hot Sauce or Salsa.
  1. Crockpot or cook chicken thoroughly. (usually around 8-10 min.)
  2. Drain the corn and black beans and add to a large pot with cream cheese and let simmer until everything melts together.
  3. Cook on additional 10 mins. on low-medium heat and then serve.
