Southwest Taco Pie

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning mix
  • 1 8oz pkg refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 1/2 cup crushed corn chips
  • 1 pkg finely shredded mexican four cheese
  • taco toppings: shredded lettuce, salsa, sour cream,sliced black olives,chopped tomatoes and cilantro.
  1. Preheat oven at 375. Brown meat in large skillet. Drain fat. Stir in taco seasoning mix and prepare according to package.
  2. Unroll dough. seperate into triangles. place triangles in a 9" pie plate. Press over bottom and sides to form crust. sprinkle 1 cup corn chips on bottom of crust. spoon beef mix over crust. Sprinkle cheese and remaining 1/2 cup chips.
  3. bake 20 mins or until hot then add taco toppings.
