Southwest Taco Pie

- Servings: 6-8
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pkg taco seasoning mix
- 1 8oz pkg refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 1/2 cup crushed corn chips
- 1 pkg finely shredded mexican four cheese
- taco toppings: shredded lettuce, salsa, sour cream,sliced black olives,chopped tomatoes and cilantro.
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven at 375. Brown meat in large skillet. Drain fat. Stir in taco seasoning mix and prepare according to package.
- Unroll dough. seperate into triangles. place triangles in a 9" pie plate. Press over bottom and sides to form crust. sprinkle 1 cup corn chips on bottom of crust. spoon beef mix over crust. Sprinkle cheese and remaining 1/2 cup chips.
- bake 20 mins or until hot then add taco toppings.
