Soy Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup fozen fruits. ( I use blueberries and peaches, or bananas)
  • 1 cup lite soy milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 2 sugar substitute packets
DIRECTIONS
  1. Blend frozen fruit in blender until fairly smooth. Add rest of ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
  2. To make a thinner smoothie add more soy milk or use half a banana and half a cup of frozen fruit.
RECIPE BACKSTORY
I love this on a hot summer morning. It is so cool and refreshing, not to mention, healthy. I made this up from a base recipe that took milk and sugar, but I do not remember where I first saw the original recipe.
