Spagetti Pie!!

- A whole package of pasta
- 1 pound of ground beef
- Half an onion (to taste)
- Garlic
- Mozzarella (I use skim)
- Ricotta Cheese
- Sauce
- Parmesan cheese
- Butter half a stick
- 2 eggs
- Parsley
DIRECTIONS
- Boil water
- Season meat with onion, garlic, spices
- Brown meat/cook pasta
- Add 2 eggs, half a stick of butter and parm cheese to pasta
- Put spagetti into pie molds, making a "crust" with pasta
- Add the meat first (I sometimes do one half vegitarian and add roasted red peppers)
- Put the sauce on top of the meat, then add ricotta cheese, then add mozzarella cheese.
- Put one pie in the the oven at 350 for 30-45 mins, the pasta on crust should be brown. If you take it out too soon the pasta won't stick together like a pie!! Freeze the other pie for another day :)
