Spaghetti Pie

  • 8 oz spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 c parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 2 c spaghetti sauce
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  1. Toss cooked spaghetti, parmesan chese and egg. Place in 9-inch pie pan. Press along bottom and up sides to form crust. Mix cooked meat and spaghetti sauce. Spread meat mixture over spaghetti crust. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until thoroughly baked. Let stand five minutes before cutting into wedges. May spoon additional heated spaghetti sauce over wedge.
