Spaghetti Squash Tuna Casserole

- 1 large spaghetti squash peeled, seeded, and chopped
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt or to taste
- 3 small cans of tuna in water, drained
- 4 oz package of cream cheese
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp of your favorite seasoning
- 2 cups of grated cheese
- salt & pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- 1.Cut, peel, and chop the spaghetti squash and put in the bottom of slow cooker.
- 2.Slice butter and cream cheese and place on top with seasonings.
- 3.Allow to cook for 3 on low and then stir to break apart the spaghetti squash.
- 4.Add tuna and stir
- 5.Allow to cook an hour more until the squash is completely cooked.
- 6.Top with cheese and cover.
- 7.Cook till cheese is melted.
