Spanish Chicken with Chorizo and Potatoes

  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 1 chorizo sausage link cut in small pieces
  • 1 lb new potatoes cleaned and halved
  • 1 red onion roughly chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • zest from 2 oranges
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 425 F degrees.
  2. 2. Toss all ingredients together in a big bowl then spread them out onto a baking sheet.
  3. 3. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour or until chicken is completely cooked through.
