Spice Rubbed Grilled Tilapia Fillets

  • 4 (4-ounce) tilapia fillets
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix all rub ingredients well.
  2. Brush olive oil onto the tilapia fillets.
  3. Rub the spice mixture onto the oil-coated fillets.
  4. Grill the fillets on medium heat for three to four minutes per side
