Spicy Nuts

INGREDIENTS
  • 2.5 cups assorted unsalted nuts
  • 2 tablespoon chopped rosemary
  • .5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons dark brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon melted unsalted butter
DIRECTIONS
  1. preheat over to 350
  2. toss nuts in a large bowl
  3. spread nuts on baking sheet
  4. toast nuts until golden brown (10 minutes)
  5. combine rosemary, cayenne pepper, sugar, salt, and butter in the bowl
  6. toss nuts in the butter and serve warm
