Spicy Red Beans and Rice

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cup pinto beans
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 1 cup Sausage diced (I used an Andouille Sausage)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Add water and beans to a crock pot. Cook for 8 to 10 hours on low.
  2. 2. In the last hour add Rotel and Sausage and cook for an hour.
  3. 3. Server over rice.
