Spicy Red Beans and Rice

INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup pinto beans
- 1 can Rotel
- 1 cup Sausage diced (I used an Andouille Sausage)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Add water and beans to a crock pot. Cook for 8 to 10 hours on low.
- 2. In the last hour add Rotel and Sausage and cook for an hour.
- 3. Server over rice.
