Spicy Sweet and Sour Sauce
INGREDIENTS
  • 1/4 Cup Apricot Preserves
  • 1/4Cup Peach Preserves
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons light corn syrup*
  • 5 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons corn starch
  • 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • *adjust corn syrup to your desired sweetness
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1/4 Cup Apricot Preserves
  2. 1/4Cup Peach Preserves
  3. 1 1/2 tablespoons light corn syrup
  4. 5 teaspoons white vinegar
  5. 1 1/2 teaspoons corn starch
  6. 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
  7. 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
  8. 2 tablespoons water
  9. *adjust corn syrup to your desired sweetness
  10. Blend all ingredients except water until combines. Add water transfer to sauce pan cook over medium heat. let boil for five minutes. Sir in chili paste and red pepper flakes until desired hotness.
