Spicy chicken cabbage
INGREDIENTS

- 4 chicken thighs, deboned, cut into small dices (roughly 1/3 inch)
- ½ cup bacon, diced
- 3 cups cabbage, shredded
- 5 jalapenos, sliced
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried tarragon
- 2 tsp dried onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- (all dried ingredients can be replaced by fresh herbs if available)
DIRECTIONS
- Pan fry chicken and bacon until crispy
- Add cabbage and jalapenos, cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Add heavy cream and simmer for about 5 minutes
- Add chili, herbs, onion, garlic salt and pepper to taste
