Spicy chicken cabbage
INGREDIENTS

  • 4 chicken thighs, deboned, cut into small dices (roughly 1/3 inch)
  • ½ cup bacon, diced
  • 3 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 5 jalapenos, sliced
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried tarragon
  • 2 tsp dried onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • (all dried ingredients can be replaced by fresh herbs if available)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Pan fry chicken and bacon until crispy
  2. Add cabbage and jalapenos, cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
  3. Add heavy cream and simmer for about 5 minutes
  4. Add chili, herbs, onion, garlic salt and pepper to taste
