Spinach & Artichoke Spread

  • 1 container (16 oz.) Sour Cream
  • 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) thawed spinach
  • 1-1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar
  • 1/2 cup chopped red peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 env. Italian Salad Dressing Mix
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place all ingredients in food processor and puree.
  2. This is great with vegetables, gourmet breads, crackers, or as a spread on wraps or sandwiches
