Spinach & Artichoke Spread
INGREDIENTS
- 1 container (16 oz.) Sour Cream
- 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) thawed spinach
- 1-1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar
- 1/2 cup chopped red peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 env. Italian Salad Dressing Mix
DIRECTIONS
- Place all ingredients in food processor and puree.
- This is great with vegetables, gourmet breads, crackers, or as a spread on wraps or sandwiches
