Spinach Artichoke Garlic Braid/Ring
INGREDIENTS
  • 10 oz Frozen Chopped Spinach Thaw/Drain
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Grated
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan, Grated
  • 1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper, Diced
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Garlic Clove, Minced
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Egg White, Beaten
  • 2 Tbsp Parmesan, Grated
DIRECTIONS
  1. Oven Temperature: 375°F
  2. *Combine artichokes, spinach, mozzarella, parmesan, peppers, mayo, garlic and mix well
  3. *Make into ring or braid; brush top with egg white and parmesan
  4. *Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown
  5. Recipe Tips:
  6. *The inside part of the recipe is good as dip too
  7. *Add chicken for variety
