Spinach Casserole

- 1 box frozen chopped spinach - drained well
- salt to taste
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 tbsp grated onion
- 3/4 cup grated cheese
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 cup stove top stuffing
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
DIRECTIONS
- Do not cook spinache BUT drain well
- Add everything but buter and stove top stuffing
- Melt butter and add stove stop.Put 1/4 cup stuffing mixture in the spinach mixture.
- Put in a greased casserole
- Put the remaining 3/4 stuffing mixture on top of the casserole.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
- Serves 8
