Spinach Casserole

  • 1 box frozen chopped spinach - drained well
  • salt to taste
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 tbsp grated onion
  • 3/4 cup grated cheese
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 cup stove top stuffing
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
DIRECTIONS
  1. Do not cook spinache BUT drain well
  2. Add everything but buter and stove top stuffing
  3. Melt butter and add stove stop.Put 1/4 cup stuffing mixture in the spinach mixture.
  4. Put in a greased casserole
  5. Put the remaining 3/4 stuffing mixture on top of the casserole.
  6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
  7. Serves 8
