Spinach Dip
INGREDIENTS
- 10 oz. chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
- 1 cup mayo
- 3 green onions
- 1 can water chestnuts (chopped very fine)
- 1 pack Knorr Veg. soup mix
- 16 oz sour cream
DIRECTIONS
- mix all together and refrigerate for at least a couple of hours.
- Buy two pumperknickel loaves of round bread. Cut one for the dip and use the other for the dip bowl.
