Spinach Dip
  • 10 oz. chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 3 green onions
  • 1 can water chestnuts (chopped very fine)
  • 1 pack Knorr Veg. soup mix
  • 16 oz sour cream
  1. mix all together and refrigerate for at least a couple of hours.
  2. Buy two pumperknickel loaves of round bread. Cut one for the dip and use the other for the dip bowl.
This recipe was passed on from a girl that I work with. It is always a hit and VERY easy.
