Spinach dip my way!

INGREDIENTS

- 2 boxes frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
- 1 block creme cheese ( lowfat/fat free works fine too)
- 1/2 c low fat sour creme
- 4 ounce can of water chestnuts, chopped
- 1/2 of small red bell pepper, finely diced
- 2T milk
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- parm. cheese
- Pita chips
DIRECTIONS
- Preheta oven to 400
- if needed chop spinach up, add to bowl with everything except the cheese. Place in a 2 quart baking dish ( I actually use a deep dish pie plate) sprinkle with cheese and bake until bubbly and nicely browned.
- Serve with pita chips
