Spiral Sliced Ham Stuffed with Pineapple

  • Spiral sliced ham
  • 2 cans sliced pineapple (juice reserved)
  • 2 1/2 cups brown sugar
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cut Pineapple Slices in half
  2. Juice from pineapple cans in saucepan and add brown sugar - bring to boil and remove from heat
  3. Place ham on cooling rack layered on a baking sheet
  4. Stuff pineapple slices between ham spirals
  5. top with sauce and using brush to cover all of ham
  6. bake 325 degrees for 2 hours
