- Sprouted Moong 2 cups
- Chopped tomatoes 1/4 cup
- Chopped onions 1/4 cup
- Chopped coriander 2 tbspn
- Oil 2 tspn
- Chopped garlic 1/2 tspn
- Jeera 1/2 tspn
- Red chilli powder 1/2 tspn
- Haldi powder 1/2 tspn
- Coriander powder 1/2 tspn
- Shev 2 tbspn
- Lemon juice 1 tspn
- Water 4 cups
- Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Take a non stick pan add oil, jeera and garlic. Add chopped onions and fry till golden brown.
- Add tomotoes , red chilli powder, haldi powder, salt and sprouted Moong, stir well.
- Add water and cover with glass lid for 15- 20 mins.
- Turn off the gas and keep aside the mixture.
- Take a bowl and add Moong mixture. Put chopped tomatoes, chopped onions and chopped coriander.
- Add lemon juice and serve with shev on top.
