  • Sprouted Moong 2 cups
  • Chopped tomatoes 1/4 cup
  • Chopped onions 1/4 cup
  • Chopped coriander 2 tbspn
  • Oil 2 tspn
  • Chopped garlic 1/2 tspn
  • Jeera 1/2 tspn
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tspn
  • Haldi powder 1/2 tspn
  • Coriander powder 1/2 tspn
  • Shev 2 tbspn
  • Lemon juice 1 tspn
  • Water 4 cups
  • Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Take a non stick pan add oil, jeera and garlic. Add chopped onions and fry till golden brown.
  2. Add tomotoes , red chilli powder, haldi powder, salt and sprouted Moong, stir well.
  3. Add water and cover with glass lid for 15- 20 mins.
  4. Turn off the gas and keep aside the mixture.
  5. Take a bowl and add Moong mixture. Put chopped tomatoes, chopped onions and chopped coriander.
  6. Add lemon juice and serve with shev on top.
