Squash Casserole
INGREDIENTS

- 3 Medium yellow squash sliced thin
- 1 rib Celery chopped
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese grated
- 1 Bell pepper chopped
- 4 Slices of bread dried, toasted, and crumbled
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 small can Rotel tomatoes
