Squash Muffins

  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 2/3 Cup Squash
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tsp
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS
  1. Beat together sugar, mashed squash and egg.
  2. Sift dry ingredients together and add along with melted butter.
  3. Line a muffin pan with papers.
  4. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
