Squash Muffins

- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 2/3 Cup Squash
- 1 Egg
- 2 tsp
- 1 cup flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS
- Beat together sugar, mashed squash and egg.
- Sift dry ingredients together and add along with melted butter.
- Line a muffin pan with papers.
- Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
