Sriracha Hummus

  • 1 can of garbanzo beans
  • (or 2 cups soaked of dried garbanzos)
  • 2 tablespoons of tahini
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Olive oil
  • Sriracha to taste
  • salt
  • pepper
  • about 2-3 FRESH oregano leaves
  • (do not use dried, if so, omit completely)
  • squeeze of lime
DIRECTIONS
  1. Toss all of the above in your food processor.
  2. Add the olive oil until desired consistency
