Stanford's Salinas Dip Clone

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup Canned Artichokes, Chopped
  • 1 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 lb Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 1 lb Spinach, Cooked & Drained
  • 2 cup Parmesan
DIRECTIONS
  1. *Combine first 6 ingredients and heat on medium; Add jack cheese and stir until melted; stir in spinach
  2. *Let cool, then add parmesan
  3. *Serve with crackers, chips, pita bread, bread cubes, and/or vegetable
